Mr. Hemanth Naga Srinivasa Reddy Kallam born in a farmer’s family hails from Tadikonda, Guntur town in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Mr. Reddy holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad more than 15+ years of experience as Human Resource administrator in the multiple industries.

Mr. Reddy has held HR positions at Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, P.L Raju Constructions Limited, K.C.B.N Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, Lanarsy Infra Ltd , Chaitanya Energy Pvt Ltd and Vertex Homes Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Reddy is founder and Managing Director of L-Man Services Private Limited.

Mr. Reddy started L-Man Services Private Limited in the year of 2019, at Hyderabad, Telangana with a vision of “To become a unique resource for Business Management and Consulting Service to fulfill customer needs with the highest standards of professionalism.”

As Managing Director, Mr. Kallam Hemanth Naga Srinivasa Reddy provides the vision and direction for the growth of L-Man Services Private Limited in fields of Human Resources and Chartered Accountant and Property Management Services sectors from past 5 Years in Pan India Level.
